CeVin Wine Education is registered with the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) in the UK and is an Approved Programme Provider in Hong Kong for running courses and examinations.
CeVin is an independent wine school which providing profession, a wide range of wine training and tasting courses. We guide wine professionals and wine lovers to increase wine knowledge and discover the pleasures of wine.
Besides academic courses, CeVin holds a number of lifestyle wine courses as well. Lifestyle learning like music, art jamming and cooking, combined with wine tasting, takes you to the real enjoyment of wine.
Founder
Ms. Ceci Choi
Ceci started to develop her passion in wine when she joined the wine industry in 2008. She is a WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Educator for Level 1 and Level 2 Delivery, Sherry Wine Educator and Barossa Wine Master. She is also a world traveler who loves to visit around the world to personally taste to explore and source quality wines for wine lovers.
